Policy

  1. ⁠Acceptance of Terms

    By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any event organized by Vossi Events / The Circo, the ticket holder agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    These terms apply to all attendees, guests, and participants of the event.

  2. Ticket Policy and Refunds

    All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

    Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances including, but not limited to:

    Personal schedule conflicts

    Illness or medical issues

    Travel disruptions or delays

    Failure to attend the event

    Refunds may only be considered if the event is cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

    In such cases, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.

  3. Ticket Validity and Transfer

    Tickets are valid only if purchased through official or authorized ticketing platforms.

    The organizers are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers.

    Tickets that are:

    duplicated

    resold illegally

    altered or tampered with

    may be declared invalid without refund.

  4. Photography, Video and Media Consent

    By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that photography, video recording, and media capture may take place during the event.

    By entering the venue, attendees grant Vossi Events / The Circo the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display any photographs, videos, or recordings in which they may appear.

    These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes including but not limited to:

    Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

    Official websites

    Promotional materials

    Advertising campaigns

    Future event promotions

    Attendees waive any rights to inspect or approve the final use of such materials and waive any claims related to the use of their likeness.

  5. Age Requirement

    All attendees must meet the minimum legal age required for the event.

    Valid government-issued identification may be required upon entry.

    Failure to provide valid identification when requested may result in refusal of entry without refund.

  6. ⁠Right of Admission

    The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed:

    unsafe

    illegal

    disruptive

    aggressive

    inappropriate

    towards other guests, staff, or venue personnel.

    No refund will be issued in such cases.

  7. ⁠Responsible Alcohol Consumption

    The organizers promote responsible alcohol consumption.

    Attendees who appear intoxicated or behave irresponsibly may be refused entry or removed from the event at the discretion of the organizers or venue staff.

  8. Security and Safety Measures

    For safety and security reasons, attendees may be subject to:

    security checks

    bag inspections

    identification verification

    upon entry to the venue.

    Failure to comply with security procedures may result in refusal of entry.

  9. Event Changes

    The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event including but not limited to:

    venue

    schedule

    event format

    DJ or performer lineup

    Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

  10. Loud Music and Health Notice

    Events organized by Vossi Events / The Circo may involve high sound levels and loud music.

    By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and accept that exposure to loud music may occur.

    The organizers shall not be held liable for hearing damage or other health issues related to sound exposure.

  11. Personal Responsibility and Liability

    Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.

    Vossi Events / The Circo and its partners shall not be held liable for:

    personal injury

    loss or theft of personal belongings

    damage to personal property

    incidents occurring within the venue

    Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

  12. ⁠Force Majeure

    The organizers shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations if the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    natural disasters

    government regulations

    public health restrictions

    strikes or labor disputes

    venue closure

    other force majeure events

  13. ⁠Compliance with Venue Rules

    All attendees must comply with:

    venue policies

    safety regulations

    staff instructions

    applicable local laws

    Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

  14. Filming of the Event

    By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that crowd filming, event recording, and promotional filming may take place.

    Such recordings may be used for aftermovies, promotional content, and marketing purposes
